Cialis is an ED drug which is not for everyone. One tablet can be taken with a glass of water. One tablet should be taken daily. The other tablet is for PA and should be taken at least one hour before or two hours after a planned sexual activity. I take one tablet at bedtime and the other when I plan to have sex.
Also, I use Cialis on occasion (when I have an erection) but it is not always reliable. You can always take the Cialis with food, but it may be better if you take it in smaller quantities to avoid a delay.
I am a man of advanced age with chronic and frequent ED issues. I take Cialis Professional to treat PA. It is an ED drug.
